Ive been trying to draw on my pictures to show something similar with what I want to achieve. The modification isnt very realistic and ended up a bit exagerated in my opinion, but its hard to draw...
The 'new' nose looks very unrealistic but I got lazy when drawing. But I will still try to explain all the changes and my thoughts about them.
Id like my chin to be wider and more strong. In the modificated picture its perhaps too strong, but I would want an implant. My real chin is a bit weak in profile. I also would like a squarish chin, but not unrealistic looking. If a stronger, but smoother shaped chin would somehow be the thing that would fit my face best I would go for that, becouse I rather chose a safer natural look than ending up with a unrealistic chin.
I would also enjoy low jawimplants on the sides, but if this is a very risky procedure I think I would benefit faaar enough from a simple chin implant!
About the nose, I want to make the tip smaller and less roundish. I know rhinoplasty is a complex surgery, but if it works the way I believe it works and I can choose as small and simple changes as possible to maximum result I think the way I would most want my nose to change is not risky or complex.
The most importnant change Id like to get is to make it less pointed up and make the nosewings less pointed down by maybe removing a bit of them.
All in all with all these surgerys I want to make my face less soft and make my nose better.
I would like to know how big surgery on my nose I would really need to get the results I want. I could definelty be satisfied with very little changes on my nose, as said.
It would be VERY nice if someone with knowledge could read this carefully and look at the pictures and comment how these results are best achieved!

hi i am a 25yo male and 1 month ago had a large cyst removed from my face,all went well and the stichs are out,my surgeon has warned me now it is healing it will become red and raise up,the scar is about 4 cm,if anyone has or knows of anyone who has had something similiar,could you please let me know how yours healed,how much reddness and raising it did.i am using bio oil twice a day and do alot of exercise,if you can give me some advice please
