hi everyone felling excited an nervous i have finally booked my first consultation with dr matti but im hoping itll be 7500 as i can not afford to pay any more and may need to then switch to ian mackay if its to expensive. I am hoping to book ian mackay if dr matti is too expensive but im concerned he may be to conservative, please can anyone tell me if they have had good results with dr mackay having a wide bulbous nose previously?

P Glossop totally ruined my nose 10 years ago when i had surgery for breathing problems in wolverhampton. He said he would smooth the bump on my nose a LITTLE. When i took the mask of more than half my nose was missing and he pinched the tip. He basically just did as he pleased. I now have the nose I have always dreamed of - literally my whole life!!

I no longer obsess over it, and when I do catch a glimpse of it in the mirror (or a shop window ;)) I am overwhelmed with happiness. It's such a relief, that's the truth. This was not a quick fix to a five minute fad, I have obsessed over my nose every singe day of my 30 years, and Mr Ion has given me a priceless gift - to be at one with myself and to be happy with how I look.

hiya im new here and im looking for a good ethnic rhinoplasty surgeon, after much research i am considering two surgeons ian mackay and bassim matti although i'd love to go with matti he is just to expensive. Well I am a 28 year old girl who hates her nose!

As long as I can ever remember I have always thought my nose is terrible I've always thought about getting it done but just made the decision in the last couple of months.

Went to a consultation with Transform which went ok but not really sure about them tbh.

I just wanted to thank all you ladies on this site who gave me the reassurance I needed.

My husband was a nervous wreck all weekend - he couldn't talk about my op - so reading your blogs really helped.

I'm so pleased with my new tummy - definitely worth the pain so far!!! Coughing is excruciating - and getting out of bed is a work of art - drains. Drips & oxygen to negotiate!!! I actually managed to sleep - and im eating small quantities at a time...

I'm first on the morning list ...thats 8.30 on Thursday 2nd Feb at Elyzea in Brussells, I'm sooooooo nervous not for the pain or how they will look or even my nipples dropping off anymore lol ...i'm getting really worried i won't wake up from the anaesthetic and i'm being really selfish doing this ...leaving my husband and two children at home and take serious risks for vanity!!!

Well as you can tell by the title I'm finally booked in for my rhinoplasty. It took longer than expected but we got there in the end.

I imagine it doesn't take this long normally. The problem was during my first proper consultation with the surgeon. I had decided to take my sister with me for support. During the surgeon asking me questions she told him that I was taking anti-depressants, when I'm not.

I was diagnosed with depression 2 years ago and it is ongoing but ...
